We offer a wealth of knowledge in the soft furnishings trade, from curtains, blinds and upholstery to our very own wool & haberdashery shop in which we house a varied choice of hand knitted wool and sewing accessories.
We have a fabric show room with a large pattern book library, our friendly staff are happy to help you, offering a one to one service when choosing your fabrics and going through the sample books.
We have sample books from Voyage, Clarke & Clarke, Prestigious Textiles, Olivia Bard, Swaffer, Blendworth, Fryetts, Casamance, Ross Fabrics and many more..
We are suppliers of Luxaflex & Rollite Blinds, vertical, venetian, intu pleated, roller blinds and shutters and have an extensive range of tracks & poles, tiebacks & accessories.
We offer a free measuring service and are happy to provide interior design advice should you need help deciding on colours and fabrics that suit the style of your home.
All our blinds, poles and tracks are fitted by experienced fitters. Curtains are delivered and dressed in your home if you require.
We are also suppliers of Farrow & Ball Paints & Papers, voyage and wrendale designs decorative scatter cushions.
Curtains are handmade in our workroom by our experienced, talented seamstresses who have many year’s experience in the trade. The cost of making up the curtains includes weighted seams and corners and lining as standard, curtains can be interlined at an additional cost. Cream and white blackout lining is available. Headings in pinch, triple pinch eyelet, wave and tape. Curtains can also be made up using customers own fabrics.
Roman Blinds are also handmade in our workroom and are supplied on metal chain head control tracks with metal chains or plastic beaded chains or can be made with the traditional wooden batten method. Roman Blinds can be unlined, lined and/or interlined and again can be made using customers own fabric.
Cushions and box cushions in any bespoke size are made to measure on our workroom.
At Aquarius we offer a full re – upholstery service including dining chairs, fireside chairs, sofas, setees and armchairs. Our foam cutting service has proved to be very popular for tired setee cushions that have lost their bounce, returning them to their former comfort.
We also have a dry cleaning service not only for curtains but for all items of clothing, and laundry. .
