We at Farningham Day Nursery have become renowned locally for providing a friendly, comfortable environment for children to have fun in and blossom as individuals. We pride ourselves on providing high standards of care and we strongly believe that we are succeeding in two vital areas: Employing first class carers to care for your child and providing the very best facilities for your child within a small & friendly environment.
We aim to develop the full potential of each child that walks through our doors by providing an place in which enhances opportunities to learn through play. We try to promote positive experiences, and encourage each of them to explore and experiment independently at a level which suits them. We have seen that they have gained in confidence whilst in our care both personally and socially – we guarantee that your child will strive here!
We have the facilities to cater for children aged just 3 months up to 5 years. We have purpose-built classrooms and bathroom facilities to cater for the different age groups and nappies for all babies and toddlers can be provided by us for easy convenience. We also have a quaint play area outside where children can play with their friends on the slides, tunnels and mini trampolines to name just a few.
We also arrange walks around the village for all the children to explore, which includes a weekly visit to the mobile library bus – another opportunity to expand their learning. At certain times throughout the year we organise day trips away from the nursery which includes our main event – our summer outing. We organise a range of fun sponsored events too where the children can take part in activities, to raise money for the children’s charities we support. This includes our popular sponsored ‘Toddle’ which takes place in the local park.
