We at ‘Rest Assured Home & Pet Care’ are professional and friendly house / pet sitters and unoccupied property specialists which you can count on! Having first established in 1999, we have over 15 years within this sector and we know more than most that leaving your pet in the hands of a stranger is difficult, especially as the ulternative would be to leave them in a kennel or cattery. But we guarantee you wont find anyone better than us to leave your little friend and your house in more caring and reliable hands. We will treat your pet like they were our own! As an extra reassurance, we have expanded our services to include a caretaker and home security service for when you go away, to deter any intruders from your empty home.
Our team of friendly sitters are fully vetted, police checked, (now know as ‘Disclosure and Barring Service checks’), and insured. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy, mature and most importantly, animal lovers – what more could you want! They have all been interviewed in their own homes and references have been taken. We can take care of cats, dogs, fish, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, goats, horses, donkeys, goats and much more!

As we have said, the process can be a scary one and we appreciate that you do not know us, or our representatives, so beforehand, you and your pets will meet your assigned home / pet sitter at your home to enable you feel comfortable that your home and pets are in good hands during your time away.
During our stay, we will take your dogs for their normal walks and let them sleep in their favourite place along with any cats that like the comfort of a large bed. If your dog likes the car, then they can be spoilt rotten and have special days out to new places. We also undertake light domestic and garden chores whilst you are away too, to keep your property tidy during your absence. You will come back to it feeling like we were never there.
Being based in Kent, we are able to cater for those within the South East including: Sevenoaks, Canterbury, Maidstone, Medway, Orpington, Tunbridge Wells, Hythe, Folkestone and Dover as well as Surrey, Sussex, Essex, London and beyond.
